Careers / Global AI Nexus

Make intelligence useful.

We are building a team for the difficult space between AI capability and real business change. Bring curiosity, judgment, and work you care about.
The opportunity

The models are advancing quickly. Making them dependable, understandable, and valuable is the work ahead.

Businesses do not need more AI theatre. They need systems that fit real operations, earn trust, and improve outcomes without creating invisible risk. That requires more than one specialty. We bring technical builders, product thinkers, and business operators together around the same problem from the beginning.
The problems

What you could work on

Work spans the complete path from an ambiguous business problem to an AI system operating reliably in the world.
A

AI products

Design assistants, agents, and intelligent interfaces around how people actually make decisions and complete work.Product engineering / UX / Applied AI
B

Model systems

Build the evaluation, retrieval, orchestration, and observability layers that turn model capability into dependable software.ML engineering / Evaluation / Platforms
C

Business transformation

Map complex operations, identify the right intervention, and carry an AI program from a useful prototype into daily practice.Strategy / Delivery / Domain expertise
D

Trust by design

Make privacy, security, human oversight, and understandable behavior part of the architecture—not a review at the end.Security / Governance / Responsible AI
How we workPrinciples are useful when they change decisions, not when they decorate a wall.

High standards.
Low ego.
Visible reasoning.

01

Start with the problem

A new model is not automatically a useful product. We begin with the decision, workflow, or constraint that needs to change.
02

Show the work

Good judgment becomes stronger when assumptions, trade-offs, and evidence are visible to the team.
03

Prefer useful over impressive

We choose the simplest approach that can produce a reliable outcome, then earn complexity when it is needed.
04

Own the last mile

A prototype is only the start. Integration, adoption, monitoring, and iteration are part of the product.
05

Challenge with respect

Direct feedback and intellectual humility let strong ideas survive while weak assumptions change quickly.
06

Leave capability behind

Our work should make clients and teammates more capable, not more dependent on hidden knowledge.
You may thrive here if

You want ownership before certainty.

You are comfortable turning an unclear brief into a precise question. You can move between details and the wider business outcome. You care about craft, but know when learning requires shipping. You explain your thinking and change your mind when evidence improves. You see responsible AI as part of quality, not a constraint on it.
Candidate experience

A process with a purpose

Every stage should reveal something useful about the role, the work, and how we might collaborate.
01

Introduction

A concise conversation about what you have built, how you think, and what kind of problems give you energy.
02

Working session

A role-relevant problem explored together. We care about your questions, trade-offs, and reasoning—not rehearsed answers.
03

Team conversations

Meet potential collaborators, understand the work honestly, and get the context you need to evaluate us too.
04

Clear decision

We close the loop directly. Scope and timing can vary by opportunity, but ambiguity should not be the process.

Do not see your discipline?

The talent network is still open.

Send a focused introduction and a link to work that represents your best thinking. We keep strong profiles in mind as new needs emerge.
Introduce yourself
Candidate notesUseful context before you reach out.

Questions, answered directly.

01Do I need previous AI experience? Not for every discipline. Evidence that you learn difficult systems, exercise sound judgment, and deliver meaningful work can matter more than a specific title. Technical AI roles will naturally require relevant depth.
02What should I share when introducing myself?Send a concise note about the problems you want to solve and links to your strongest work. A shipped product, technical write-up, case study, open-source contribution, or thoughtful analysis gives us more signal than a long generic cover letter.
03Can I use AI when preparing an application?Yes—use tools in a way that helps us understand your real ability. You should be able to explain, defend, and improve anything you submit. A polished answer that hides your judgment is less useful than an honest one that reveals it.
04Are internships or other roles available?Yes, we welcome internship applications from curious people ready to contribute and learn through real work. If your discipline is not listed, send a focused introduction through our talent network.
